When you import lists into FastEnvelope, FastEnvelope let's you arrange the items in those lists in a way that is suitable for your envelope or postcard. These arrangements are called Formats and they can be used over and over again, and even edited.
The Edit Format item in the Edit menu is only active after you have imported a list and applied a format to it. To edit the current format, select 'Edit Format' from the Edit menu.
